Last day to commit is August 27, 2022, however exhibit space and inclusion in printed documents cannot be guaranteed after July 15.
Payment is due within 45 days of the commitment date, or 30 days prior to the event, whichever date is earliest.
Cancellations shall be in writing, and will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event, and subject to a $50 service charge. No cancellations accepted after this date.
In the event that an in-person event cannot be held, a hybrid or virtual conference will be organized.
