Commit by October 6, 2024. Exhibit space and inclusion in printed documents is not guaranteed after August 1, 2024. Payment is due within 45 days of the commitment date, or 30 days prior to the event, whichever date is earliest. Cancellations shall be in writing, and will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event, subject to a $50 service charge.
